DESCRIPTION:

Ashwagandha - an adaptogenic plant, naturally occurring in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and China. The biologically active substances are: withaferin A, withanolide D, sitoindosides.

Adaptogens are plant extracts that help the body adapt to unfavourable environmental conditions and emotional disturbances. Adaptogenic substances are believed to have the ability to normalise the body's functions and strengthen its defences against the effects of stress.

INGREDIENTS:

Organic ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) /KSM-66 Ashwagandha®/ standardised to contain withanolides: 5%, capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
