DESCRIPTION:

L-Ergothioneine is a natural amino acid that is synthesized by certain bacteria and fungi, and then accumulated in plants and animals. It is a compound with great health potential, which is gaining increasing interest among scientists and consumers.

L-Ergothioneine occurs naturally in mushrooms, some nuts, legumes, and in smaller amounts in the meat of animals that consume plants containing this compound. L-Ergothioneine has a unique chemical structure that makes it exceptionally stable and effective in its action.

Filling substance: microcrystalline cellulose; L-ergothioneine; capsule shell component: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day, children over 3 years of age: 1 capsule a day.
