DESCRIPTION:

Glycine is one of the 20 basic amino acids that are the building blocks of proteins in living organisms. It is the simplest amino acid, as it has the smallest molecular weight of all amino acids. Its chemical structure contains only one carbon atom (C), two hydrogen atoms (H), one amine group (NH2) and one carboxyl group (COOH).

Glycine is a basic building block of proteins in the human body.

In the brain, it acts as a neurotransmitter that transmits signals between nerve cells. It is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, meaning it inhibits neuron activity, reducing nerve excitation.

Daily serving: ½ scoop (2 g) Package contains: 300 g

Method of use: Mix 2 g daily (½ scoop) in 100 - 150 ml of water or juice. Consume once a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.

Storage: store in a closed package at room temperature, out of reach of small children
