Ingredients

100% oil (MCT), containing medium chain fatty acids from palm oil and palm kernel oil. Fatty acid composition: Caproic Acid (C6:0), Caprylic Acid (C8:0), Capric Acid (C10:0), Lauric Acid (C12:0).

Usage & Dosage

Take 1/2 spoon 2 times daily with a meal during the first 2 days, and gradually increase the amount every 3rd day until optimal dosing is reached: 1–3 spoons 2 times daily.
