Carbonox from Olimp Nutrition is a carbohydrate powder developed for use around training. Usage & Dosage
Dissolve 1 serving (50 g powder = 1 scoop) in 100 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Drink approximately 30 minutes before or immediately after training. To adjust the flavour intensity, dissolve in 100–200 ml of water. Depending on the sport and training intensity, 2 to 4 servings per day are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
