In addition to its carbohydrate base, Carbonox is enriched with L-arginine HCl, a wide range of 13 vitamins and a comprehensive mineral blend including calcium, magnesium and iron. Usage & Dosage
Recommended daily serving: 1 serving per day. Dissolve 1 serving (50 g = 1 dosing scoop) in 100 ml water (adjust to 100–200 ml according to taste preference) and drink approximately 30 minutes before or immediately after training. Take 2–4 servings per day depending on training frequency, intensity and body weight.
