Usage & Dosage
Take 2–4 servings per day depending on training frequency, intensity and body weight. Dissolve 1 serving (50 g = 1 scoop) in 100 ml of water (adjust to 100–200 ml to taste) and drink approximately 30 minutes before or immediately after training.
