Usage & Dosage
Take 1–2 capsules daily with a large glass of water. On training days: take 1 capsule approximately 30 minutes before exercise. On non-training days: take 1 capsule before a meal. Due to the high caffeine content, the product should not be taken late in the evening. Start with 1 capsule per day to assess individual tolerance before increasing the dose. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Warnings
High caffeine content (250 mg per 2 capsules). Not recommended for children, pregnant and/or breastfeeding women, or people with heart disease, high blood pressure, or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the product. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Food supplements should not exceed the recommended daily dose.
