Usage & Dosage
As a creatine transporter: dissolve 1 serving (approx. 40 g = 2 dosing scoops or 4 level tablespoons) in 250 ml water. As a standalone carbohydrate supplement: use 20–60 g per serving, preferably after training. Use 1 serving up to 3 times daily.
