Olimp Nutrition Dextrex Juice is a carbohydrate-rich powder formula based on 93% dextrose. Each 40 g serving provides 37.2 g of carbohydrates.

Each serving also provides 2 g of taurine and 75 mg of magnesium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The refreshing Orange-flavoured powder dissolves easily in water and is a practical and tasty option around training.

Dextrex Juice can also be used as a carbohydrate carrier for creatine. With 25 servings per 1000 g tub, it's a staple in sports nutrition, suitable for those with a high carbohydrate need.

Ingredients

93% dextrose, 5% taurine, acidity regulators – malic acid, citric acid; flavourings, 0.3% magnesium oxide, colours: riboflavin, beta-carotene (for orange flavour), E 133, riboflavin (for apple flavour), riboflavin (for lemon flavour).

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve 1 serving (approx. 40 g – 2 dosing scoops or 4 level tablespoons) in 250 ml of water. Use 20–60 g per serving, preferably after a workout. As a creatine carrier: dissolve 40 g in 250 ml of water, then dissolve the desired amount of creatine in the solution.
