Vita-Min Multiple Sport from Olimp Sport Nutrition is a complete multivitamin and mineral formula in two capsules, specially developed for active adults. It combines the proprietary multivitamin complex VITA-PLEX with the mineral complex CHELA-MIN featuring chelated minerals, providing a broad nutritional foundation in a convenient daily dose of two colour-coded capsules.

The VITA-PLEX complex contains 12 essential vitamins — including vitamin C in the form of microencapsulated PureWay-C® for improved stability — together with plant extracts such as citrus bioflavonoids, artichoke leaf extract, pumpkin seed extract, nettle leaf extract and green tea leaf extract, as well as alpha lipoic acid and black pepper fruit extract (95% piperine) which round out the formula.

The CHELA-MIN complex contains ten essential minerals — including magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium, iodine, iron, copper, manganese, potassium and calcium — in chelated form for optimal compatibility.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 VITA-PLEX SPORT capsule (clear) and 1 CHELA-MIN SPORT capsule (blue) once daily after the main meal, with plenty of water. Recommended for adults only.

Warnings

The product is recommended for adults as a dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, women planning pregnancy, or children under 18. Do not use other vitamin and mineral preparations at the same time as this product. Do not use the product if you are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg (−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) or more. Should not be taken if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Prolonged intake of 18 mg of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling and numbness.

Allergen Information

Manufactured in a GMP facility that also handles milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, crustaceans, fish and sesame. Contains gelatin (not suitable for vegans/vegetarians).
