Ingredients

Free BCAA amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium citrates; L-glutamine, flavourings, thickener – gum arabic; sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; anti-caking agents – calcium phosphates, silicon dioxide; emulsifier – lecithins (from soy); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), colour – carmine (for strawberry fit flavour).

Usage & Dosage

Take 1–2 servings per day – before a meal or training and after training or before bedtime. Dissolve 1 serving (10 g powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water, with a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Drink immediately after preparation.
