Olimp Sport BCAA 20:1:1 Xplode is a highly potent powder of branched chain amino acids providing 5000 mg BCAA per serving in a ratio of 20:1:1, with L-leucine as the dominant amino acid at 4545 mg. Usage & Dosage

Mix 7.2 g (1 scoop) of powder with 200 ml of water and take once daily. Take before, during or after training for best results. Adjust the amount of water to achieve the desired taste and consistency.
