Usage & Dosage

Take 1–3 servings daily approximately 30 minutes before training. Mix 1 serving (6 g = 1/2 scoop) in 100 ml of water. Mix 2 servings (12 g = 1 scoop) or 3 servings (18 g = 1 and 1/2 scoop) in 200 ml or 300 ml of water respectively. Drink immediately after preparation. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

Blackweiler Shred contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg / 1 serving (6 g), 200 mg / 2 servings (12 g), 300 mg / 3 servings (18 g)). The product should not be used by women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or planning to become pregnant, in cases of circulatory system disorders (e.g. high blood pressure), diabetes, or in cases of hypersensitivity to any ingredient in the formulation. Should not be taken together with or on the same day as other products containing caffeine (e.g. other dietary supplements, coffee, tea, chocolate) or products containing synephrine (dietary supplements). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. Do not use before bedtime or in the hours immediately preceding sleep. Do not use together with alcohol. Some people may experience a tingling or numbing sensation after intake. This is a temporary symptom linked to the strong effect of beta-alanine. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
