Usage & Dosage
Take 1–2 capsules once daily, after the main meal, with plenty of water. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Warnings
The product is not suitable for children. Use is not recommended during pregnancy, when planning pregnancy, or while breastfeeding, and in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient in the product. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the product. Do not take together with other vitamin and mineral products containing the same ingredients, in particular vitamin D, zinc and manganese.
