Olimp Nutrition Iso Plus is a professional isotonic sports drink powder. Each serving dissolves into a refreshing cola-flavoured drink, containing a blend of carbohydrates, electrolytes and a full spectrum of 13 vitamins.
The formula combines fast- and medium-acting carbohydrates (glucose, fructose and maltodextrins) with minerals — including sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Usage & Dosage
Recommended daily dose: 1 serving per day during training. Dissolve 17.5 g of powder (1.5 measuring scoops) in 250 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Do not exceed recommended dose.
