Usage & Dosage

Take 1–2 servings a day — before a meal and/or before training. Add 1 serving (6.6 g powder = 1 scoop) to 250 ml of water. Drink immediately after preparation. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

BCAA Xplode Energy contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 150 mg per 1 serving; 300 mg per 2 servings). Not to be used during breastfeeding, when planning a pregnancy, in case of circulatory system diseases, or in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not consume at the same time as other caffeine-containing products (e.g. other food supplements, coffee). Do not use together with alcohol. Do not use before bedtime or in the hours immediately before sleep. Some people may experience a tingling or numbing sensation after intake — this is a temporary effect caused by beta-alanine's strong action and does not affect health. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
