Usage & Dosage

1 serving per day = 1/3 of the vial = 2 and ½ vial caps (20 ml), approximately 30 minutes before training. Shake well before use. One vial contains 3 servings. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.

High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women (caffeine content: 965 mg/100 ml; 193 mg per 1 serving = 1/3 vial (20 ml)). Not recommended for people with heart conditions or high blood pressure, or those hypersensitive to any ingredient. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not consume other products containing caffeine at the same time (e.g. other dietary supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not use before bedtime or in the hours leading up to sleep. Some individuals may experience tingling or numbness after consumption — this is a temporary effect caused by beta-alanine and does not affect health.
