Ingredients
Micronized creatine monohydrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6, acidity regulator – citric acid; flavourings, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose.
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (4.1 g = 1½ scoops) per day. On training days, take before or after training. On non-training days, take at any time of day. Dissolve in 100 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation.
