Ingredients

Micronized creatine monohydrate, magnesium oxide – magnesium, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vitamin B6, acidity regulator – citric acid; flavourings, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 serving (4.1 g = 1½ scoops) per day. On training days: consume before or after training; on rest days: at any time. Dissolve the serving in 150–200 ml of water. Do not exceed recommended dose. Use for 2–3 months is recommended, followed by a break of 1–2 months.
