DESCRIPTION:

Rubber Chinese cupping sets can be used for acupuncture and massage, including anti-cellulite massage. They are easy to use. They can be placed anywhere on the body. They are made of flexible material and easier to use than traditional glass cups.

Cupping massage speeds up metabolism and fat burning, firms and smooths the skin. It reduces cellulite, as it is a vacuum massage, currently considered the best method for removing cellulite.

Rubber (fireless) cups can be used instead of traditional glass cups.

The set includes 4 cups of different sizes, allowing effective use on different parts of the body and for children.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

The cups are placed on the appropriate acupuncture points symmetrically on both sides of the body. To apply the cup, grasp it with both hands, holding the lower edge with your fingers and pressing the top part with your thumbs. By squeezing the cup this way, the air inside it is pushed out. Place the cup on the chosen spot on the body, then release the pressure of your thumbs. Cups can be applied every other day for 10 to 20 minutes. To remove the cup, gently press the skin at its edge and let air into it.

A course of treatment includes 5 to 10 sessions per series.

Large cups are placed on joints and heavily muscled areas, smaller ones on sensitive points and for children. Depending on the degree of compression, a higher or lower suction pressure is achieved. Higher suction pressure is used on adults and well-muscled areas, while lower pressure is used on children and on poorly muscled or sensitive areas, e.g. temples, face. They are gently removed after 15-20 minutes (5-10 minutes for children), once the skin underneath turns bluish.

MASSAGE
Before performing the massage, lubricate the skin with massage gel, oil or anti-cellulite gel.
Hold the cup with your middle and index fingers, and your thumb on top. Place it on the skin and release it so that the skin is drawn inside. Now gently move the cup over the skin of the thighs, abdomen and buttocks.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use cups near the heart, nipples, stomach, kidneys or spine. Do not use in case of heart failure, skin problems, asthma, allergy to rubber, or when taking anticoagulant medications (e.g. aspirin). Do not use if prone to broken blood vessels, varicose veins, blood clotting disorders, subcutaneous bruising, or post-traumatic swelling. Do not use during pregnancy or menstruation.
