Ostrovit Vit&Min 100% is a complete multivitamin and mineral formula that provides 20 essential micronutrients, each at exactly 100% of the EU reference intake per serving. By combining a full spectrum of vitamins — from vitamin A to the entire B-complex, vitamin C, D3 and E — with key minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium and iodine, the product is delivered in a convenient two-tablet serving.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function and functioning of the nervous system. Folate contributes to normal psychological function. Usage & Dosage

Training days: 1 serving (2 tablets) before the first meal. Rest days: 1 serving (2 tablets) before the first meal. The product is intended for adults.
