Ingredients

L-Glutamine, L-leucine, emulsifier: lecithins; L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K.

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve one 10 g serving of the product (2.5 scoops) in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two servings per day: one immediately after waking, the other after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking.
