Usage & Dosage
Dissolve one serving of the product, i.e. 1 g (1 scoop), in 100–150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Please use the measuring scoop included in the pack (1 ml). Do not add hot water. Take 1 serving per day, preferably with a meal.
