Ostrovit Omega 3 offers a pure and concentrated source of marine omega-3 fatty acids in a convenient softgel capsule. Each capsule provides 1000 mg of fish oil from Peruvian anchovies, supplying 180 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) per serving.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are health claims authorised under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, supported by EFSA's scientific assessment.

Usage & Dosage
