Ostrovit BCAA Instant in Cola flavour delivers a highly concentrated blend of branched-chain amino acids – L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine – in the proven 2:1:1 ratio, providing approximately 8,807 mg BCAA per serving. Formulated as an instantly soluble powder, it mixes easily into water or juice for convenient intake around your workouts or straight after waking on rest days.

Each 10 g serving provides over 4,267 mg L-leucine along with 2,270 mg each of L-valine and L-isoleucine, making it a straightforward amino acid powder without unnecessary additives. The refreshing Cola flavour is achieved with sucralose and acesulfame K, keeping the formula free of added sugar.

Please note that due to the naturally high concentration of L-leucine and L-isoleucine, the product has a characteristic bitter aftertaste – an inherent feature of these amino acid raw materials and a sign of their purity and strength.

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve one serving of the product — 10 g (1.5 scoops) — in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, take one serving per day before or after training. On non-training days, take one serving after waking up.

Due to the high content of L-leucine and L-isoleucine, the product has a bitter aftertaste. This is a natural characteristic of the raw materials used. Do not exceed recommended dose.
