Oregano oil is a source of phenols (including carvacrol), polyphenols, flavonoids, phenolic acids and phytosterols.

Oregano oil is recommended for use as a diluted solution or as an addition to inhalation.

Ingredients:
Olive oil 80%, oregano oil 20%.

Directions for use:

Add 5 drops to 1/3 glass of water, juice or another liquid, and mix. Consume 2-3 times a day.

The carvacrol content in oregano oil is 68%. 5 drops contain 20 mg of carvacrol.

The maximum recommended serving (15 drops) contains 60 mg of carvacrol. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.

The food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended.

Contraindications:

Do not use in people allergic to any ingredient of the preparation.
