MCT oil (eng. Medium-Chain Triglycerides, i.e. triglycerides with a medium-length carbon chain) is a fat composed of fatty acids with a medium-length carbon chain. It stands out for its easy absorption and quick conversion into energy. It occurs naturally in some products, such as coconut oil, palm oil, and cow's and goat's milk. It is an ingredient popular among physically active people and people on a ketogenic diet.

INGREDIENTS:

MCT oil from coconut (medium-chain triglycerides of fatty acids), isomalto-oligosaccharide, emulsifier: sodium salt of octenyl succinic starch, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Open one sachet. Add the entire contents to at least 100 ml of water or another liquid, e.g. a smoothie or coffee. Mix thoroughly and consume.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in children, pregnant women or during lactation.
