DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

The capsule should be swallowed whole with water. Best taken with a meal.

Recommended daily serving:

Adults: orally, 1 capsule twice a day, morning and evening. It is recommended to use the product for at least 3 months.

Children over 7 years of age: orally, 1 capsule once a day, preferably in the evening. It is recommended to use the product for at least 6 weeks. Depending on individual needs, a doctor may recommend a different serving to be consumed.
