Allnutrition BCAA Max Support is an amino acid powder containing branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 2:1:1 ratio, together with L-Glutamine and Taurine.

Each 7,5g serving contains 3 750mg BCAA — split between L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine — together with 1 500mg L-Glutamine and 1 500mg Taurine. The Lemon flavour mixes easily with water or juice.

Available in a 500g tub with approximately 66 servings.

Ingredients

BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine), L-Glutamine, Taurine, stabiliser: acacia gum, acidity regulator: malic acid, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 to 2 servings daily. One serving is 7,5g (1 level scoop) dissolved in 300ml water or juice. On training days: one serving before training and one serving after training. On rest days: one serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
