Ingredients

74.5% hydrolysed corn starch, 20.1% dextrose, stabiliser E414 (gum arabic), acidity regulator: malic acid, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 to 3 servings per day. One serving is 50 g (2 scoops) of product dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice. Use before and/or after training. During long and intense training, the product can also be used during training.
