Allnutrition Glutamine Recovery Amino is an amino acid powder with lemon flavour. Each 5 g serving provides 4000 mg L-glutamine together with 500 mg taurine.

Usage & Dosage

One serving is 5 g of the product dissolved in 300 ml water or juice. Take 2 servings per day. On training days: one serving in the morning upon waking, one after training and one in the evening. On rest days: one serving in the morning upon waking and one serving in the evening.
