Usage & Dosage
One serving is 5g of the product dissolved in 300ml of water or juice. Take 2–3 servings daily.
On training days: one serving in the morning after waking, one serving after training, and one serving in the evening.
On rest days: one serving in the morning after waking, one serving in the evening.
