Usage & Dosage

One serving is 5g (1 scoop) dissolved in 300ml water or juice. Take 2 servings per day. On training days: one serving in the morning upon waking, one serving after training, and one serving in the evening. On non-training days: one serving in the morning upon waking, one serving in the evening.
