Protein blend [whey protein concentrate (WPC) (milk), concentrated buttermilk powder (milk), whey protein isolate (WPI) (milk)] 96.2%, thickener (carboxymethyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweeteners (sucralose), colours (carotenes).
Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (30 g) of powder with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Take 1 to 2 servings per day (on waking and/or before or after training, and/or before bed).
