Usage & Dosage

Take one serving (2 tablets) twice daily – in the morning and in the afternoon after a meal, with plenty of water. Do not exceed 2 servings per day (4 tablets).

Warnings

Food supplement. The product is intended for persons over 18 years of age. Should not be consumed in case of allergy to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed recommended dose. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. The product should not be consumed by persons taking blood-thinning medication containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Before use, it is recommended to have a 25-(OH)D blood test done and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of reach of young children.
