Hydrolysed bovine collagen, maltodextrin, L-proline, glucosamine sulphate 2KCl [from crustaceans], methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), flavouring, acacia fibre, sweetener: sucralose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), colouring agent: black carrot juice.

Usage & Dosage
Dissolve 1 serving (20 g) per day in 300 ml of water or juice. For prevention: one serving per day. In case of joint pain or during rehabilitation after an injury, 2 servings per day may be used. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
