Ingredients

Hydrolysed beef collagen, maltodextrin, L-proline, glucosamine sulfate 2KCl [from shellfish], methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), flavouring, acacia fibre, sweetener: sucralose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), colour: beta-carotene.

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve 1 serving (20 g) daily in 200–300 ml of water or juice. For preventive use: one serving per day. For joint pain or during rehabilitation after injury, up to 2 servings per day can be used. Consume immediately after preparation.
