Allnutrition Flex All Complete is a powder that combines hydrolysed beef collagen, glucosamine sulfate, MSM, L-Proline and a targeted blend of vitamins and minerals in a single convenient daily dose. Each 20 g serving provides 10 g of hydrolysed beef collagen along with 300 mg of glucosamine sulfate and 300 mg of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system.

Hydrolysed beef collagen, maltodextrin, L-proline, glucosamine sulfate 2KCl [crustaceans], methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), magnesium salts of citric acid, acidity regulator: citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), flavouring, acacia fibre, sweetener: sucralose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), colour: beta-carotene.
Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 serving (20 g) daily into 300 ml of water or juice. One serving per day is recommended for regular use. Up to 2 servings per day can be used if desired. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
