About Allnutrition – Water Out – 120 capsules
Allnutrition Water Out is a capsule with multiple botanical ingredients, developed for physically active adults. Each capsule combines a carefully selected blend of eight plant extracts — including green tea, nettle, dandelion, cranberry, juniper, prickly pear cactus and artichoke — combined with BioPerine® black pepper extract to support your daily wellness routine.
The formula contains standardised extracts such as green tea (providing 82.50 mg EGCG per serving) and artichoke (providing cynarin), together with BioPerine® — a patented black pepper extract standardised to 95% piperine. Each ingredient is included at a defined, consistent dose, giving you transparency and reliability in every capsule.
Water Out comes in a generous pack of 120 capsules, equivalent to a full 120-day supply at the recommended daily dose of one capsule per day. It's a convenient and easy-to-incorporate addition to an active lifestyle and balanced diet.

Usage & Dosage
Take one serving (1 capsule) once daily, 30 minutes before a meal or exercise, with plenty of water. Do not exceed 1 serving daily. Should not be taken on an empty stomach.
Warnings
Intended for physically active individuals over 18 years of age. Should not be taken if allergic to any ingredient, or in cases of kidney, thyroid or cardiovascular disease, or if taking medication. Should not be used if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Do not exceed 800 mg EGCG daily. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
