Allnutrition Ashwagandha KSM-66 gives you a first-class root extract of Withania somnifera in a convenient tablet format. Each tablet contains 400 mg KSM-66® — one of the most clinically studied and highly concentrated full-spectrum ashwagandha extracts available — standardised to 5% withanolides, providing 20 mg active withanolides per tablet.
The formula is enhanced with BioPerine® black pepper extract, a patented source of piperine often used in dietary supplements for its bioavailability-supporting properties. Together, these two trademarked ingredients form a precise and well-balanced supplement that's easy to fit into your daily routine.

Usage & Dosage
Take one serving of the product (½ tablet) once a day, washed down with water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (½ tablet).
