Allnutrition Vit D3 2000 + K2 combines two essential fat-soluble vitamins in a single convenient softgel capsule. Each daily dose provides 100 µg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) together with 50 µg vitamin K2 (menaquinone), formulated in a linseed oil base to support optimal absorption of these fat-soluble nutrients.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, washed down with water.
Warnings
The product is intended for a healthy adult population up to 75 years of age. Do not take if you are allergic to any ingredient and are simultaneously taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Always reseal the pack after use. Store in a dry place, at a temperature of 15–25°C, out of reach of small children. Protect from sunlight.
