ALLNUTRITION Magnesium + Ashwagandha + Vitamin B6 (P-5-P) combines three well-known ingredients in a single, convenient capsule formula. Each daily dose provides 200 mg magnesium from magnesium diglycinate, a form with high bioavailability, together with 144 mg standardised Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract providing 10 mg withanolides, and 5 mg vitamin B6 in its active form pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P).

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule twice daily with water. Do not exceed 2 doses daily (2 capsules). The product is intended for persons over 18 years of age.
Warnings
The product should not be consumed in cases of thyroid disease, when using sedative, hypnotic or antiepileptic medication, and should not be used by children, pregnant women or during breastfeeding. Do not consume if allergic (hypersensitive) to any ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
