About Allnutrition – Omega 3 - 90 caps
Allnutrition Omega 3 contains 1000 mg high-quality standardized fish oil per capsule, providing 180 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Each dose also contains Vitamin D and Vitamin K.
Each capsule also contains 50 µg (2000 IU) Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) and 100 µg Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone MK-7, from Bacillus subtilis natto). Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.
Presented in an easy-to-swallow capsule format, this pack of 90 capsules provides a 90-day supply at the recommended dose of one capsule per day.

Usage & Dosage
Use 1 capsule per day, swallow with 250 ml water.
