Allnutrition Vit D3 4000 + K2 combines two important fat-soluble nutrients in a convenient softgel taken once a day. Each capsule contains 100 µg (4000 IU) vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol together with 100 µg vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone, formulated in a base of cold-pressed linseed oil to support optimal absorption.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

This product is specifically intended for healthy adults over 75 years of age, a group for whom sufficient intake of these nutrients is particularly important. The softgel format makes the capsule easy to swallow and, together with the fat-rich linseed oil base, supports the absorption of these fat-soluble vitamins.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, swallow with water.

Warnings

The product is intended for healthy people over 75. Should not be taken if you are allergic to any ingredient or if you are taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements cannot replace a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Always reseal the pack after use.
