Ostrovit Vitamin D3 4000 + K2 combines two essential fat-soluble vitamins in one convenient tablet. Each daily dose provides 100 µg (4000 IU) of Vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol as well as 100 µg of Vitamin K2 in the form of highly bioavailable menaquinone-7 (MK-7), derived from Bacillus subtilis natto . This combination is designed to support everyday well-being through two well-established nutritional roles, in an easy-to-take format.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Ingredients

bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, cholecalciferol (vit. D), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vit. K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, anticaking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 dose (1 tablet) per day with a meal. The product is suitable for people over 75. It is advisable to have a 25-(OH)D blood test and to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Do not exceed recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if allergic to any of the product's ingredients.
