Ostrovit Omega 3 D3 + K2 is a comprehensive softgel formula combining high-quality fish oil with three important fat-soluble vitamins — D3, K2 and E — in a single convenient daily capsule. Each softgel contains 1000 mg fish oil, providing 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA, together with a significant dose of vitamin D3 (2000 IU / 50 µg), vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (50 µg) and vitamin E (12 mg) to support a well-balanced daily nutrient intake.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Fish oil, gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K) derived from Bacillus subtilis natto, colouring: caramel.

Capsule shell: Gelatin (softgel capsule shell).

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water. Before use, it is recommended to take a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women must not consume the product. Keep out of reach of children. The product must not be used by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
