Usage & Dosage

Consume one serving of the product of 12 g (2 tablespoons) twice daily with meals. The recommended serving of the product can be increased by 12 g every 3rd day to reach the optimal serving suited to your needs. Consuming a single amount of more than 100 g of the product may cause gastrointestinal discomfort.
