Ostrovit Omega 3 D3+K2 combines high-quality fish oil with three complementary vitamins — D3, K2 (MK-7) and E — in a convenient daily softgel. Each capsule provides 1000 mg fish oil, including 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA, together with vitamin D3, K2 and E.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of normal bones and maintenance of normal muscle function. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water.
