Ostrovit Carbo with a refreshing Lemon flavour is a carbohydrate-based sports powder designed to support your energy intake during training. Each 50 g serving provides 43 g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin and dextrose, offering a convenient energy source to fuel your workouts.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 50 g (3 level scoops) into 500 ml of water. Consume 1 serving during training.
